During the week of April 20th, MFCU will migrate to a new mobile app authentication platform (Face ID, Voice ID, Pin, and Touch Authentication.) During this upgrade time period, Online and Mobile banking will still be available, however those authentication features will not, you will need to use your login password to access online banking.
What does this mean for you?
Once the upgrade takes effect, you will have to re-enroll in the mobile app authentication services.
Why do I have to re-enroll?
Since this is a new platform, your mobile device will no longer recognize our app and will require you re-enroll to allow the app’s access to your phone’s biometrics (face, touch, voice authentication.)
