As of July 13, 2020 per the Governor’s order, all lobby visitors are required to wear a face mask and will be asked to temporarily remove their mask for identification purposes.
There have been a few changes made to help protect our members and staff, and to comply with the CDC guidelines. Here are some things to keep in mind when visiting our locations:
Anything other than teller transactions must be done by appointment. Please call 231-722-7285 to make an appointment for Loans, New Membership, New Checking Accounts, IRA Accounts, and Share Certificates.
No one under the age of 18 years old is allowed in the lobby unless performing a transaction on their account. Our drive thru is available for parents with young children.
If possible, please come by yourself.
In order to maintain social distancing, the maximum number of members allowed in the lobby is posted at each location. If the lobby is at maximum capacity, please wait behind the outside marker. No waiting in the entry way or lobby.
For sanitation issues, the bathroom and drinking fountain are not available at our Holton Rd Branch.
Members who are sick should not enter the lobby. We encourage them to take advantage of our remote service options:
